Oregon Coast Military Museum Celebrates Anniversary

The Oregon Coast Military Museum has scheduled Saturday July 7th, for the third annual anniversary celebration, with admission only $1.00! Doors open at 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Food will be provided by both Hukilau and Pop's Smokehouse food trucks; Ex-Officio Board member Dave Burkett, Civil War Historian will be roaming in uniform, and music from the Old Time Fiddlers Association will be heard throughout the day.


Two different raffles will be going on the day of the event with nearly $900 in raffle prizes in one, as well as $5.00 raffle tickets for a $200 value scenic air tour compliments of Aero Legends Biplane ride. In addition to tickets the day of the event, biplane raffle tickets are available now at the Museum, Banner Bank, Beach House Gifts on Bay Street, and Florence Tech Solutions.


This event is held at the same time as the annual Wings & Wheels Fly-in and Car Show at the adjacent Florence Municipal Airport, where the Museum’s USAF Jeep will be leading military vehicle convoys.
